We’re so sorry you can’t make it to the event!
There’s nothing we love more than getting our art on with wonderful people, and we’re so bummed to be missing our chance to create with you. But we know that life happens, so here are a couple options for your tickets:
- OPTION 1 [recommended]: COUPON. With 24 hour’s notice prior to the event, your purchased amount can be turned into a coupon, and this code can be used site-wide without needing to wait. Give it as a gift, or keep it and treat yo’ self to some amazing swag, events, or simply reschedule when the timing is right for any (not full) paint or crafting event. Please pay attention to the expiration date on this certificate/code and use on the site before the listed date! When ready to use, simply enter the code on the purchase page and it will automatically process. A $5 per ticket admin fee may be charged to turn your tickets into individual codes.
- OPTION 2: Simply re-schedule. Some restrictions apply, so e-mail our admin at Info@UncorkedCanvas.com for further info on how to reschedule your tickets. A $5 per ticket admin fee may be charged to reschedule your tickets. We can only reschedule your tickets twice (with rebooking fees each time), so please be sure the new date is right for you!
All tickets are purchased on a strictly non-refundable basis. So before you purchase your tickets, please make note of our age-restrictions (21+ at the 1121 A Street studio, all ages at venues/restaurants), and re-booking/cancellation policies. You can find a copy of our policies here (as well as our super detailed FAQ), and you will have received a copy in your e-mail once you purchase your tickets.
